Anytime, in two taps, in your phone's subscription settings (App Store or Google Play) — Renova never adds cancellation steps of its own. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Already paid on another device? Use Restore on the paywall.
Occasional hiccups happen (network, busy AI service). The app retries automatically when it can; otherwise tap Try Again, or use a different photo — bright, straight-on photos work best. If something seems truly broken, email us and we'll help.
