These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Renova mobile application ("the app"), operated by Gable Studio ("we", "us"). By using Renova, you agree to these Terms.
Renova creates AI-generated interior, exterior, and garden design visualizations from photos you provide. Results are artistic visualizations for inspiration. They are not architectural, engineering, structural, or professional design advice, and real-world outcomes (dimensions, materials, feasibility, cost) may differ. Always consult qualified professionals before making renovation decisions.
You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You grant us the limited license needed to process your photos to generate your designs and operate the app — nothing more. You may use your generated designs for personal purposes; to the extent we hold any rights in generated output, we license them to you for your personal use. You are responsible for having the right to use any photo you upload.
Renova offers a limited number of free designs and an optional paid subscription ("Pro") with additional features. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in your device's subscription settings, and restore previous purchases from within the app. Prices are shown in the app before purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their store policies.
Generation depends on third-party AI services and network conditions; occasional delays or failures can occur. We may update, change, or discontinue features as the app evolves. We may suspend access that violates these Terms.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of AI-generated output. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gable Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on generated designs; our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your country.
Renova is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. These Terms are an agreement between you and Gable Studio — not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC, who are not responsible for the app or its content and have no obligation to provide support or maintenance for it. You agree to comply with the applicable store's terms of service when using the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms with respect to your use of the iOS version of the app and may enforce them against you.
We may update these Terms; material changes will appear on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
