Privacy Policy

The short version
- No accounts. We don't know your name, email, or location.
- Your photo is processed only to create your design — never kept on our servers, never used to train AI, never sold.
- Your designs live on your device. Delete the app, and they're gone.
- Billing is handled by Apple/Google; we never see your card.
This Privacy Policy explains how Renova ("the app"), operated by Gable Studio ("we", "us"), handles your information. Renova is designed to work without user accounts and to keep your content on your device.
Information we process
- Photos you choose to redesign. When you generate a design, the photo you select is transmitted securely to our server, which forwards it to Google's Gemini API solely to create your design. Our server does not keep a copy of your photos or generated images; results are returned to your device and stored only there.
- Your designs and projects. Saved projects, styles, and settings are stored locally on your device. Deleting a project in the app, or deleting the app, removes this data.
- Purchase information. Subscriptions are processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status; this involves an anonymous app-generated identifier and purchase state — never your payment card details, which we never see.
- Notifications. If you allow notifications, reminders are scheduled locally on your device. We do not operate a push-notification server and cannot message your device remotely.
- Service records. Our server keeps minimal technical records of generation requests (such as time, model used, and processing cost) for reliability and cost accounting. These records do not contain your photos.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information or your photos — to anyone, ever.
- We do not use your photos or designs to train AI models.
- We do not require an account, and we do not collect your name, contacts, or precise location.
- We do not show third-party advertising in the app.
Third-party services
Renova relies on: Google Gemini API (image generation; photos are processed according to Google's API terms), RevenueCat (subscription management), and Apple App Store / Google Play (billing). Each processes only what is needed for its function.
Your rights and choices
Because your content lives on your device, you control it directly: delete any project in the app, or delete the app to remove all local data. You may disable notifications anytime in your device settings. If you are in the European Union, United Kingdom, or a region with similar data-protection laws (including Germany and Spain), you have rights to access, correct, and delete personal data and may contact us at support@gablestudio.net; note that in most cases we hold no personal data about you on our systems. California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA.
Children
Renova is not directed to children under 13 (or the higher minimum age in your region), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Data security and retention
Transmissions to our server use encryption in transit. Photos are processed transiently for generation and are not retained by us. Service records described above are retained only as long as needed for reliability and accounting.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
